Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless we receive notice from the original complainant that legal action has been filed to restrain the infringing activity.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Free3DGif has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit or terminate access to our site for users who infringe intellectual property rights, regardless of whether the infringement is repeated.
